Return Policy

Each product we sell may have its own return eligibility and return window. Please review the return information on each product page carefully before purchasing, as the applicable return period and conditions may vary by product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within the return window specified for that product and must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any included tags or accessories, and in its original packaging when applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on the circumstances and the product, we may also provide a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at jcstudioforyou+gp3d@gmail.com so we can review the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for returns. Return eligibility and the applicable return window are listed on the individual product page, so please review each product carefully before placing your order.

Certain types of items generally cannot be returned, including custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially commissioned products unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.

We also do not accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, style, or variation, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item, if it is eligible for return, and place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the return policies above, where applicable by law, merchandise shipped into the European Union may qualify for a 14-day right to cancel or return an order.

Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including exceptions that may apply to personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products, will continue to apply.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
